Pet service in Gamlingay

The service will be held in St Mary’s Church in Gamlingay at 3pm on Sunday, July 13.

It will be a special service of celebration to give thanks for all pets and other animals.

Churchgoers are invited to bring their animals to church. They can also write a poem or create a piece of artwork about their favourite pet or animal.

Scan and email copies of poems and artwork to [email protected] and they will be put up on the big screen in the church during the service.

Alternatively you can take your entries to church, 43 Green End or 2 Charnocks Close and they will be put out on display.

All entries must be submitted by Sunday, July 6.

Children should include their age with their entries.

There will be refreshments after the service. All types of animal are welcome but their owners must accept full responsibility for their actions.
