Pickle of choice for visitors at nature reserve’s spring fair

Visitors flocked to a nature reserve’s spring fair.

There were plenty of gift, craft, plant and produce stalls to browse including Paul’s Pickles from Sandy (pictured), Brisco’s Gourmet Cakes and Evershed’s Cider.

Mark Brandon, visitor and information manager at The Lodge, said: “We had over 1,400 visitors and Sunday in particular was a really busy day with warm sunshine and a good number of first time visitors to The Lodge from both the local area and further afield.”
