Student sponsored for leadership course by Biggleswade Rotarians
The Rotary Club of Biggleswade sponsored student Ruth Harley to take part in a week's leadership course held at Grafham Water.
Ruth, 21, is on an event management course at Bournemouth University and as part of her studies she visited Macao in China and using contacts made in Biggleswade visited Rotary clubs there.
Every year Rotarians look for an 18 to 24-year-old full time student to sponsor and selected Ruth, pictured with Rotarians, last year. She described the course as a great opportunity and thanked the Rotarians for their support.
