Teenager is charged after brick is thrown through pub window

Billy Ballam, 18, of Hatley Road, Potton was arrested after police attended The White Horse pub in Biggleswade in the early hours of Sunday morning last week (December 18).

Officers were called to the Shortmead Street venue at around 1.25am following reports that three men had been told to leave the pub but were refusing to do so.

The men then left but police were called again an hour later after the brick had been thrown through the window. Police pursued three men down Church Street and Rose Lane.

Mr Ballam was arrested and was also cautioned after being found in possession of a small amount of herbal cannabis.
