The offenders are believed to be a group of three white males who are thought to have spoken with an Irish accent.

The group made off in a Black BMW using cloned licence plates bearing the registration MM63 GZG.

The same vehicle is being linked with another burglary committed later the same day in Cambridgeshire.

Detective Constable Jason Wheeler, investigating, said: “I would like to hear from anybody who may know the person pictured, as he is likely to have information which could assist our investigations.

“I am also releasing a photograph of a piece of jewellery which was stolen and would be interested if anybody has been offered this item for sale.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact police immediately using the non-emergency number 101 or text 07786 200 011.

Alternatively, call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
