Arlesey Town bowed out of the FA Vase on Tuesday night when they lost 2-0 to Redbridge in a replay.

Redbridge began on the front foot and took a deserved lead when William Drake controlled before turning in the box and shooting hard and low past Nick Thompson in goal.

Reside Coxe-Sebastfao, Jamie Alexandrou and Jay Knight all went close for the home side before the break.

Arlesey fought back early in the second period and Jack Vasey forced a good save from Parker.

However the hosts squandered several chances to extend the lead. They finally made the game safe deep into injury time when Knight fired home from an acute angle.
