Goals galore with football
SPORTY youngsters had the opportunity to show their skills at kicking a ball at an inter-school tournament.
Key Stage 2 pupils from St Swithun’s, Robert Peel, Maple Tree and Laburnum lower schools in Sandy went to Sandye Place Academy on Wednesday (November 2).
Head of PE Ben Sale, said: “It used to be part of the School Sports Partnership. The government cut the money from that but we are continuing.
“Inskip and Davie estate agents in Sandy are buying the trophies for the whole year to make it an enjoyable experience for the kids.”
