The Waders travel to Rugby Town on Monday for the Evo-Stik Southern League Division One Central play-off final after defeating Godalming Town 2-1 in Tuesday night’s semi-final.

Nunn’s side then take on Molten Spartan SML Premier Division team AFC Dunstable in the Beds Senior Cup final at Kenilworth Road on Wednesday evening.

The manager has urged his team not to put themselves under too much pressure though as he said: “If we win our next two games, it would be the icing on a perfect season.

“If we lose, we’ve still had a fantastic season so I’ve told the boys not to put themselves under too much pressure.

“In 48 hours, it’s probably the two biggest games for the club.

“To have that as a manasger and player you’ve just got to enjoy it.”
