Arlesey’s struggle to win at home continued on Boxing Day when they went down 2-0 to Potters Bar Town.

Both goals came in the first half. Eoin Casey put the Scholars in front, slotting home into the far corner on 16 minutes.

Luke Warner-Eley doubled the advantage just before the half hour when he fired in direct from a free kick.

The Blues have won just two of their home games in the Southern League Division One Central but thanks to decent away form sit 12 points clear of the drop zone.
