Arlesey Town’s relegation from the Southern League Premier was finally confirmed as they lost in Cornwall on Saturday.
The 3-1 defeat at Truro City leaves the Blues four points adrift of safety with just one game left.
In front of more than 500 spectators at Truro there was hope for Arlesey when they took the lead on the stroke of half time via a Krak own goal.
But Matt Wright levelled on 56 minutes, Cody Cooke put the hosts ahead ten minutes later and Ed Palmer put the final nail in Arlesey’s coffin in the closing minutes.
Arlesey’s campaign finishes at home to Redditch on Saturday.
