The hosts went ahead after just 19 minutes when Lewis Hilliard converted a penalty.
Biggleswade thought they had earned a point when Kelvin Bossman levelled from the penalty spot ten minutes from time.
But Ben Ford’s injury time strike for the home side sealed three Southern League Premier Division points.
Biggleswade Town will endeavour to play their Red Insure Cup match at home to Rugby Town tonight (Tuesday, January 20). They head to Burnham on Saturday.
