Bringing up baby in Biggleswade

This charming photograph of a Biggleswade shop front and presumably its owner, was taken around the late 1950s and kindly sent in by Ken Page.

Believed to have been in Hitchin Street, Tiny Tots was the one-stop shop for everything for baby. It also sold blouses and drapery for women.

Older Memory Lane readers that have children who would now be in their fifties may remember shopping there, or the shop keeper herself.

Please contact us if you remember Tiny Tots or even your experiences of what it was like bringing up baby in Biggleswade during the late 1950s/early ‘60s.
