A singer and songwriter Louise Jordan is making a return to Bladock and Letchworth Folk Club later this month.
She will be performing songs from her four recordings alongside new material at the the club on Wednesday April 13.
Louise has a wealth of experience behind her in many areas having studied law, worked as a youth worker and in youth justice before training and working as a teacher in challenging schools in east London as part of the Teach First graduate scheme.
While working as a project manager for Shelter and studying for a Masters (MA) in human rights Louise discovered folk clubs.
“I believe these experiences she says “have informed the direction of my songwriting and performing.
