Cash and drugs seized after teenager detained during Biggleswade patrol

A teenager was detained after police seized cash and Class A and B drugs whilst on patrol on Biggleswade.

The Community Policing Team was on duty in a common land area when they stopped a teenage male and recovered "a large amount" of money, as well as the banned substances.

Police are asking people with concerns about drugs in their area to report by calling 101, or use the on-line reporting tool found on the Bedfordshire Police website.
