Man dies at Tempsford level crossing
A 27-year-old man has died after he was struck by a train at Tempsford level crossing close to Sandy station.
Officers from the British Transport Police were called to the crossing just after 5.30pm yesterday and attended alongside paramedics from the East of England Ambulance Service.
The man’s family have been informed.
This incident is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
