United returned from their longest trip of the season with a share of the points in a 3-3 draw at Holmer Green.

It was a see-saw of a game that had United leading in the 23rd minute thanks to a goal from Tom Cookman. A long rage strike from Sam Nair hit the Holmer woodwork and Cookman was on hand to head home.

Ten minutes later, the hosts drew level with a superb volley from Tom Fifield; giving stand-in keeper Nick Threadgold no chance.

The second half opened with a soft goal conceded by United as a throw-in went unchallenged, with Andy Shed finishing at the far post.

But United responded well and a long ball from Sean Murray set up Jude Eboji to go one-on-one with the keeper and the in-form striker made no mistake.

Three minutes later, United took the lead once again as Eboji added a quick-fire second. Substitute Stuart Richardson plumped a high ball in to the Holmer area and Eboji lobbed home.

However, with just three minutes left, a drilled pass into the United area from Shed saw Adam Randall attempt to turn the ball out for a corner but the ball took a cruel bounce and deflected in for an own-goal equaliser.
