Scrooge follows the story of a wealthy penny-pincher who refuses to stop his profit making and enjoy the festive season.

He is visited by the ghosts of Christmas past, present and future who try to show him the true meaning and importance of Christmas. But will Scrooge change his ways?

Tommy Steele will once again be playing the lead role of Scrooge in Bill Kenwright’s record breaking London Palladium production.

Tommy’s legendary career includes more than 20 hit singles. His Hollywood successes include The Happiest Millionaire and Finian’s Rainbow. He has also performed in many award winning stage musicals such as Half a Sixpence, Hans Anderson and Singin’ in the Rain.

Scrooge is a heart-warming family story with stunning sets and costumes, especially created illusions by magician, Paul Kieve, whose work featured in the Harry Potter films’ magic effects, and a fantastic musical score featuring the Oscar nominated hit, Thank You Very Much.

This is the perfect Christmas musical story and is suitable for all the family.

The musical will of course feature Bob Cratchit, the three Christmas ghosts and Tiny Tim as well as Ebenezer Scrooge.

Scrooge will be performed from Tuesday, November 22 to Saturday, November 26 at 7.30pm each evening.
