Man in court on burglary charges

An 18 year old man has been committed for trial after being charged with several thefts from homes in Chronicle country.

Frankie O’Leary of no fixed abode, is charged with attempted theft at a house in Potton on May 25 this year.

It is also alleged that on May 19 he stole a purse from a house on East Road, Sandy.

On May 23 at Elm Road in Biggleswade he is alleged to stolen £80 in cash and also on May 23 that he stole £50 in cash from a house in West Walk, Biggleswade. Also on May 23 he is charged with stealing a cheque book from Mead End in Biggleswade

He is charged with stealing a purse containing £20 and a pension book from a house in Blythe Way, Gamlingay on May 24, and on April 1 this year he is charged with stealing a money pot and cash from a house in Emfield, Middlesex.

He was remanded in custody at Luton Magistrates court on Friday.
