Three teenagers arrested after man stabbed in the chest in Biggleswade

The incident took place in Stratton Way at around 1.30pm on Monday, March 30.

A Beds Police spokesman said: "We were called by the ambulance service at around 1.30pm on Monday (30 March) to a report of a man in his 30s who had sustained a stab wound to his chest during an incident Stratton Way, Biggleswade.

"The victim was taken to hospital, but his injury is not life threatening.

"Three teenage boys were arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm (GBH) and are now on police bail while the investigation is ongoing.

"An armed unit was the closest when the report came in, but the incident did not involve firearms."
