Detailed house plans submitted

Outline planning permission has already been granted for the development at Millbrook Meadows, off Station Road in Gamlingay.

Now the council has been asked to approve more detailed plans, including the site’s layout and appearance.

The application has been submitted by agent Savills Urban Design and Planning Team on behalf of Kier Homes.

The development includes 34 affordable homes.

The plan says: “The Millbrook Meadows proposal has drawn upon and incorporates the best elements of the character and context of Gamlingay both in terms of layout, materials, colour and detailing.”
