Wind farm approved
Unconfirmed reports suggest the wind farm proposed for land between Langford and Biggleswade has been approved this morning.
The wind farm proposal, put forward by the Co-operative Group, was initially refused by Central Beds Council after a storm of protests by nearby residents.
But the applicants appealed and a public inquiry was held before and after Christmas.
Early reports today (Thursday) suggest the inspector has recommended the wind farm be approved.
