Excitement all round for visitors at annual village show

Gamlingay Village Show was held on Saturday (September 17).

Vehicle enthusiasts had a treat with the vintage cars and tractors on display.

Meanwhile the youngsters could enjoy the visiting fairground rides and the inflatable slide. They could also get into the party spirit by having their faces painted.

Keen gardeners brought along their best tomatoes, carrots, onions and flowers of various varieties.

Visitors also entered their cakes, jams, needlework and photographers.

There were even categories for the children who brought along their Lego models and decorated biscuits.
