There will also be a cash prize available for the participant who loses the greatest percentage of body weight during the programme.

An introduction session, including signing up and weighing in, will take place on Wednesday at The Lounge in Biggleswade from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.

Aiden said: “January is traditionally a time of year when a lot of people look to lose weight and improve their fitness and this will be a fun and social way to do so.

“On Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings we will be doing an hour of circuit training at Holmemead Middle School in Biggleswade.

“We will meet at 7pm on Wednesdays and 9am on Saturdays.”
