Fresh from their trip to the Science Museum in London at the start of the month, Year 7 pupils were particularly inspired to participate in the variety of activities on offer in the Science Labs.

One of the most popular events was ‘setting hands on fire’ and pictured is Sajjan from Year 6, who had great fun with this particular activity.

Also in the past week Year 8 pupils from the school wowed their peers, parents and staff with a traditional Afternoon Tea.

With smoked salmon sandwiches, jam tarts and, of course, scones with jam and cream on offer, the talented Food Technology students welcomed visitors to an after school treat.

These are just two of the events which have taken place in a busy few weeks since Christmas for the school.

As reported in the Biggleswade Chronicle last week Henlow Academy has been rated as good by Ofsted.
