Free restringing at fundraiser
A musician who has repaired and altered guitars for rock and pop stars is holding a restringing fundraiser.
Chris Andrews – who has worked on guitars used by Irish rock band The Script, backing musicians for Robbie Williams and R&B star Craig David – runs CA Guitarworks, formerly based in Dunton.
He has moved to a larger premises in Baldock, Herts and will be restringing acoustic guitars during a fundraising day.
There will be no charge for the restringing on Saturday, November 24, from 10am to 4pm but Chris will ask for a donation to the Willow Foundation charity. For more information contact 07751 724922.
