Inquest opened for teenager
An inquest has been opened into the death of a teenager.
Billy Carter, 14, of Longfield Road in Sandy died on Boxing Day at his home.
The cause of death is listed as peritonitis and appendicitis. His death was confirmed by Dr A Dhelaria at Lister Hospital.
An inquest was opened and adjourned on Wednesday.
