When the good news was delivered, they were still basking in the glow of having top Michelin chef Bruno Loubet turn their shop into a pop-up restaurant create a four course seasonal feast featuring local produce.
With delicious understatement, Phil said: “Things are really going well for us at the moment.

Hide Ad“It’s great that so many people voted for us – including Bruno and his wife Catherine – and it really encourages us to push forward with our business as there is clearly a high demand for food produced the way we do it.”
The couple were also delighted that one of their suppliers, Jo’s Loaves, was highly commended in the Best Artisan Bakery section.
Phil said: “Just when we thought things couldn’t get any better, Bruno and Catherine turned up to congratulate us.”
