Justin, who is an award-winning chef, said: “I am starting a book tour in September at various cooking shows and book signings, with many radio and TV appearances also lined up, I will be in Brighton, all over Berkshire and I plan to do something in Biggleswade, the reason being is that this is my home town where it all began. My parents still live in Ickwell and all my friends are still in Biggleswade so I visit regularly.”
The book is all about hosting the perfect dinner party, with recipes and tricks of the trade to make life easier.
He added: “I’d had the idea for this book for some time. My friends and family are always hosting gatherings and often ask me for ideas and recipes – so this is as much for them as anyone else, it’ll give me a bit of peace.”
