Magpas quick on the scene in Shefford
Magpas Helimedix (Doctor Nathan Howes and Paramedic Dan Read) arrived at a residential area, near Shefford, via the Rapid Response BMW – after a woman went into cardiac arrest on Monday morning.
An EEAST Ambulance Service Paramedic Crew initially provided advanced life support for the patient.
The Magpas team then anaesthetised the woman, before accompanying her to Lister Hospital in a land ambulance monitoring her condition throughout.
On arrival at the hospital, the patient was in a serious but stable condition after going into cardiac arrest..
