Man’s body found in town car park
POLICE and paramedics were called to a car park after a body was discovered inside one of the vehicles.
The body of a man was found in the car park off St Andrew’s Street in Biggleswade, which is just behind the High Street takeaway, UK Fried Chicken and Pizza, on Wednesday.
Police were searching for a missing person at the time of the discovery at 1.20pm.

Hide AdThe ambulance service’s fast response car arrived six minutes later and confirmed the death.
Forensics also attended and a police cordon was put in place.
Earlier in the afternoon a police helicopter had been spotted circling the market square.
Inquiries are being made into the circumstances surrounding his death and there will be a post mortem and an inquest.
