Meppershall’s got talent!

The Meppershall Festival 2013 took place earlier this month and celebrated talented artists, craftsmen and women and musicians from the village.

Crafts on display included hand-made beads and other kinds of ceramics.

There were also paintings, drawings and needlework on display and even a model railway.

In the evening attention turned to musicians from the area and there were individual performances on the clarinet, piano and electric guitar, among others.

Visitor Dick Bulley said: “Once again this great annual event brought everyone in the village together and once again we were dazzled by the extent and variety of talent on show.”
