MP Burt is guest at church bazaar
NORTH-EAST Bedfordshire MP Alistair Burt was the special guest at a church bazaar which raised £1,800.
Mr Burt joined Father Eamon Murray, the parish priest at St Peter’s Catholic Church in Biggleswade for the event on Saturday (December 3).
Father Murray said: “I was pleased with the amount raised for church funds and we had quite a lot of different stalls and attractions.
“There were stalls selling food, books, bric-a-brac and all sorts of things really.”
