Nice day for a white wedding

Biggleswade Baptist Church was the venue for the service, which featured children from the Toybox Day Nursery in the town.

Pastor Philip Campion led the ceremony which was arranged for children in the Acorn Pre-School class.

As well as the couple, the whole class were involved, whether as the ushers, bridesmaids, best man and of course the guests.

After the service the children returned to the nursery for a reception which included a wedding cake they had baked, a brief speech from the best man and a toast to the newly-weds.

Manager Hannah Street said: “The day went very well. The Pastor talked about love being special and it was a great experience.”
