The developers say the homes are a response to local need

A 112-home development called Lewin Park will be coming to Langford in early 2023.

The first phase will consist of 79 properties, comprising a mix of two to five-bedroom homes, providing "a range of housing types to respond to local need".

Housebuilder Crest Nicholson says the site "has been influenced by the natural environment" which surrounds it, and that the 10 available house types have been designed to reflect the character of the local area.

Charlie Joseph, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson Chiltern, said: “The development is in an attractive setting within the village with a number of properties having views across the surrounding green space and fields."

Lewin Park will also provide a network of footpaths within the scheme, with footpath and cycleway links to Cambridge Way, and bridleway links to Cambridge Road.
