Gamlingay care home delighted that all staff and residents received Covid-19 jab

In December a number of its staff attended Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridgeshire to receive the first part of their vaccine, with the remaining staff and residents receiving their first jab on January 23.

Everyone at the care home wishes to thank the staff at Addenbrooke’s, GPs, and support staff who made it possible to have 100 per cent of the home vaccinated.

Activities co-ordinator Sharon Nickerson said: “The whole home was full of cheer and hope for the future on this momentous day.”
