Petition grows for road safety group
The SG19 Road Safety Group added just under 150 signatures to their petition for an in-depth review of the road network in the Sandy area last weekend.
The Group will meet with MP Alistair Burt to discuss their concerns regarding the roads within the immediate area of Sandy.
Their ultimate goal is to secure a proper bypass by following the route originally planned to complete the link in the A1/A1M corridor between Alconbury and Baldock.
The Group expects to shortly further expand and this, as always, will depend on getting additional help on the committee.
