Pub and church’s home donation
A generous pub landlord and church raised more than £250 for a care home.
John Walsh, landlord at The Golden Pheasant pub in Biggleswade High Street and St Andrew’s Church in the town raised £252 for the Abbotsbury Residential Home in Biggleswade.
John visited the Mead End home to present the cheque.
