The pub situated in Ireland, Shefford, has scooped the award for their impressive menu for the third consecutive year.

The pub prides itself on serving delicious home-cooked food based on traditional British recipes with a Mediterranean twist.

They are also passionate about using the finest, freshest ingredients and supporting local farms and estates by sourcing ingredients locally where possible.

Executive chef, Tracy Buggins, said: “To win the award three times in a row is remarkable.

“The first time was great, the second time was brilliant, but I am absolutely ecstatic with winning the award for a third time. We are very proud.”

The pub changes their menu two or three times a year to reflect the seasons and are getting ready to launch their autumn menu on October 6.

Tracy added: “We have taken some bold steps with our new menu. It is going to be totally revamped after input from the staff.”

The pub will now look to win the award for an unprecedented fourth time.
