Year 3 and 4 students from Sutton Lower School will be joining Alban Academy in Great Barford’s school choir at the cathedral on Tuesday.

Sutton’s head, Sarah Stevens, said: “We are creating a joint choir with Alban middle, which is one of our nearest church schools.

“Some of the songs are old fashioned and some are a bit more modern. They are singing Be Still, I the Lord of Sea and Sky and One More Step Along the World I Go.

“The children like the idea of sharing with another school.”
