Retail park facelift plans at exhibition

The scheme to completely redesign the London Road retail park in Biggleswade, centring it around a large Marks and Spencer store, was revealed by the Chronicle last week.

Site owner, LXB Retail Properties, is holding a public exhibition on the retail park from noon to 7pm.

You can complete a feedback form, which LXB will take into consideration when entering a planning application.

LXB hopes to submit a planning application in a month’s time and to begin work early next year.
