Revamped pharmacy opens doors

Lloyds Pharmacy in Sandy officially opened the doors to its new-look pharmacy last week. The team chose former Sandy town councillor Ken Lynch, who tirelessly campaigns on behalf of the elderly, sick and disabled, and another popular customer Mary Lewis to cut the ribbon at the store.

Local residents can expect to benefit from help on all aspects of skin health, including medicines management support for those on prescription treatment to advice on medicated skin products.

Pharmacy manager Anne Wyatt said: “We’re excited by our transformation and hope people will feel more at ease talking to us about their concerns.”

Lloyds Pharmacy in Sandy is open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday.
