Safety groups get their message across
Support4Shefford was a success last weekend as members of the public meet members of the emergency services who were able to promote their organisations safety messages.
The Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service booked several home fire safety visits and provided smoke detectors to members of the public.
The Police also reported that the event had been very useful with some good contacts being made with members of the public.

Hide AdSome new members of the Shefford Street Watch team meet other members of the Support4Shefford team as well as people in the town centre.
Representatives of Neighbourhood Watch and the Shefford Good Neighbour groups were also present.
