Singing Biggleswade’s praises in artwork
They were invited to illustrate what they love about their local community, with the winning entry being framed and displayed in the sales centre of a new development.
Winner Isabel Davie also received a £50 gift voucher from developer Taylor Wimpey. Runners-up Arran Oliver-Palmer and Becky Warriner were both given £25 vouchers.

Hide AdBiggleswade Academy art and creativity teacher Jason Axell said: “It was fascinating to learn what the children think about our town and they really enjoyed the opportunity to come up with their own ideas.
“We were really impressed with the work they put into their entries.”
Taylor Wimpey spokesman Gareth Jacon said: “We already know Biggleswade is a fantastic place to live but the pupils from Biggelswade Academy really opened our eyes to the things which make it such a great place for them.
“We were so impressed with all the children’s competition entries that it was a very difficult task to select the top three and we’d like to congratulate everyone who took part.”
