Summer fete to fund seaside trip
A summer fete is being held at Alison House in Sandy next weekend.
The fete will take place on Saturday, August 30 between 2pm and 4pm with special guest Pam Rhodes, most famous for presenting Songs of Praise.
There will be fun for all the family as there is plenty going on from raffles to tombolas, a treasure hunt and glitter tattoos.
There will be a wide array of food available with a cake and bake stall as well as a burgers and hot dogs stall.
All proceeds will go towards a trip to the seaside for the residents.
