Tourist Information Centre to hold New Year’s winter walk
Sandy Tourist Information Centre will hold a New Year walk this morning from 10:30am.
You can shake off those excesses of the Christmas festivities and enjoy a New Year Walk called the Lowfields, Heath and Lodge Walk.
The walk goes through parts of the Pym estate including Lowfields, along part of the Roman road, through some of the parkland pasture of Hazells Hall, and cross Sandy Heath via the Short Riding.
The walk will continue through part of the RSPB’s Lodge reserve
