Man hit by train at Biggleswade
A man has suffered ‘life threatening’ injuries to his legs after being hit by a train in Biggleswade.
The ambulance service was called at 9.13pm yesterday, (Sunday) dispatching a rapid response car, ambulance, paramedic officer, Magpas land crew and its hazardous area response team (HART).
An ambulance spokesperson said: “We treated a man in his 20s who suffered life threatening injuries to his legs. He was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital by land for further treatment.”
