Two people rescued after Potton kitchen fire
Two people were led to safety after a fire broke out in Potton on Saturday (November 14).

A Beds Fire and Rescue spokesman said: "On Saturday, fire fighters from Potton, Sandy and Biggleswade were called to a fire at a property in Festival Road, Potton after a neighbour spotted smoke coming through the letterbox.
"After gaining entry to the property, fire fighters wearing breathing apparatus used one hose reel to extinguish a small cooker fire.
"Two people were walked to safety by a member of the crew."
