Val is given a fond farewell
A town clerk has retired after nearly a decade in post.
Val Moles, who worked for Potton Town Council for nine years, left at the end of the month.
The council held a small farewell party in the pavilion at Mill Lane, which was attended by councillors and their spouses. Val was presented with a bunch of flowers and gardening vouchers to help her with her new garden now that she is moving away. All the councillors and staff wished her well for the future. Val is pictured with her husband, Stuart.
