“You have been completely transformed and are our most successful year groups to date.”

July has been a fantastic month for the school as an Ofsted report lifted them out of Special Measures and revealed Sandy Upper had gone from inadequate to good.

The celebratory mood was evident as one Year 11 student said: “I’m not sad today. So many of my friends are staying here for Sixth Form that this can really be a celebration and not a goodbye.”
