Village set for town centre road improvements
A programme of highways improvements is set to take place in the centre of Stotfold this summer.
An exhibition will be held at the town’s council chambers from 10am to 5pm on Friday, February 28 and 10am to 4pm on Saturday, March 1 to give residents the chance to find out more and comment on the proposals before work starts. Members of the team will be on hand.
The works aim to enhance the condition of the main driving routes in to Stotfold and provide more accessible routes to the town centre for pedestrians and cyclists. Street lighting will be improved and carriageways resufraced.
